Armor can be upgraded at Horace's shop or a man in Artisan's Way for
gold and possibly an item. Calista's clothes can only be upgraded by a
maid in the Courtyard of Lazulis Castle. The Knight's Attire can only be
upgraded by the man in Artisan's Way.
The Brave, Cloth, Feather, Heavy, Hunter, Leather and Stealth armor sets can all be purchased from chapter 4 onwards at the Armor Shop in Artisan's Way. They are dropped by enemies as well.
The Dragon Armor set can be obtained from chapter 19 onwards by trading Dragon Hides for either the armor or the greaves.
Calista's Ballgown is obtained automatically in gameplay. Both Calista's Dress and the Knight's Attire must be found.
